Despite some health and life obligation issues on both sides making for a bumpy start, with persistence, patience and effort we were back on track and the whole thing came together, we closed escrow and are now preparing to fix the place up so we can move into it. I like that my agent is a fighter like myself and it was a refreshing to see someone who can step up against the other side and in the process manage what can potentially become a problem.

I would definitely recommend Bob for all real estate needs. He was knowledgeable about the area and I felt that he was generally concerned about my needs and concerns. I chose the services of Bob and Cheryl Herrera of Professional Real Estate Services upon the recommendation of my mother and I couldn’t be happier. Bob, Cheryl and their entire team are top-notch professionals. They know their sales area in and out and have seen and have experienced it all. Also of great importance is that they are skilled at dealing with the various HOAs in the Villa Marina area and surrounding MDR community.
